Markaos has announced today some confirmed dates for his tour of the United States of America! More dates will be confirmed in the near future. When we spoke to Markaos earlier today, this is what he had to say about his upcoming tour:
"I'm extremely excited about touring the USA, it's been a long time in planning but it's eventually happening at the right time, because this is when God wants it to happen. This has been a big dream of mine to perform in the United States and I just want to give God all the glory for the talent he's given me. I really want to take this time to thank the churches involved in advance for the opportunities they're giving me."
"Like I said earlier, this has always been a big dream of mine to perform in the United States because I truly believe that's where God is calling me to be. I've been seeking God about this for a long time and praying and believing that when I'm out in the United States on tour, God will really use my music to make such a difference and that many people will give their hearts to Jesus through hearing me perform."

Markaos is featured in the February 2009 edition of Joy Magazine. He's on a double spread, pages 8 & 9, as well as his name featuring on the front of the magazine. We caught up with Markaos earlier to see how he felt about being part of such a big article:
"I'm totally amazed that this has happened. When I was interviewed by Joy Magazine in January and they told me I was going to be in the February issue, I never in a million years expected the article to be so big and bold. I featured in Joy Magazine last year and I was over the moon with that article, so you can imagine what being on a double page spread has done to me - it's nearly given me a heart attack! I can't believe how quickly everything is moving with my music. To me it really is confirmation by God that this is what He wants me to do. I'm going to continue working for the Lord with my music ministry and truly believe that many people will get saved through the lyrics that Jesus has placed in my heart."
